How will the Royal Mail strikes affect your order?
Royal Mail strikes have been going on for some time now. PhotoBox try their best to get your deliveries out of their factory as soon as possible to keep delays to a minimum.
According to recent press reports, including the BBC, there will be further disruption caused by the Royal Mail, with two 24-hour nationwide postal strikes starting on Thursday 22nd October. You can read the details on the Royal Mail website. If the strikes do take place all PhotoBox deliveries by First Class and Special Delivery may be delayed throughout the strike period.
How to beat the Royal Mail strikes?
With Royal Mail strike action looming PhotoBox are offering an upgrade to their DPD Courier Delivery service, which guarantees next working day delivery, for only £2.50. Please note that production turnaround times still apply, so next day delivery only takes affect once the order is dispatched.
All courier deliveries require a signature on arrival so do make sure you’re in to receive your order. If you’re not going to be home you could have it sent to your work address instead.
