This is the last surviving paddle tug in the UK; 110 feet long, 22.5 feet wide, or 43 feet wide paddle to paddle, and weighing about 300 tons - she is a pretty big vessel. And pretty magnificent she will be when fully restored.

St. George's was the Chatham Dock and Barracks Church. On the closure of the Dockyard, it was de-consecrated, but the church memorials and decorations remain now as it was then. Only it's use has changed - during the week it is a university lecture room
