Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf Club is located in the Highlands of Scotland. Established in 1888 and latterly designed by the five-times Open Champion - James Braid - this Scottish Links Golf Course is unique in every way being surrounded on three sides by the water on what is a peninsula with Chanonry Point at the furthest point. Only recently the Club has hosted two national competitons and is renowned for its small, fast deceptive greens, dense island gorse and strategic bunkering.
A must play for any visiting golfer who comes to the Highlands for a golfing trip. Being across the water from Castle Stuart (venue of the Scottish Open 2011-2013) we are only 20 minutes away from Inverness City Centre and only 45 minutes from Royal Dornoch Golf Club.
For those of you lucky enough to play on our unique links course you may even catch a glimpse of the dolphin colony so often seen around the waters close to the 5th tee at Chanonry Point.
