Which books can I sell through my Pro Gallery?

The entire PhotoBox photobook range of 7 books, from Minibooks through to Large Personalised Photobooks can be sold through your gallery.


Do I need to create a new book or can I sell a photobook I’ve previously created?

You can either create an entirely new book or you can go to your ‘My creations’ page on PhotoBox and sell a photobook you’ve already created.


Once I have a book to sell, how do I add it to my Pro Gallery?

a) Once your book is created you can either click on the ‘Share’ button from directly in the book design studio or go to your ‘My creations’ page and click on the share link below the book.

b) This takes you to the share pages on PhotoBox. From there you can click on ‘Simply set your price here’ to set the price for your book.

c) Then you can click on the tab ‘Add to my Pro Gallery’ and choose the gallery and collection your would like to display your book in.


Can I price my photobook in Gallery Admin like my other Pro Gallery products?

No, the price for your book is set / edited and removed in the share pages on PhotoBox. You can check the current selling price of your book by either a) viewing it in your gallery or b) clicking on the ‘Preview’ link below the book in the ‘My creations’ page.


Why doesn’t the ‘Share’ button / link appear to be activated for my book?

The share button / link will only be activated if the book is shareable. Currently shareable books must contain only your own photos, photos from shared albums are not able to be used.


How much do I earn for selling my photobook?

You choose to set a markup for your photobook over and above the PhotoBox RRP which creates a selling price for your book. From the ex-VAT margin PhotoBox will deduct a 10% ecommerce fee and the remaining profit is calculated in the ‘Set a price for your book’ pop up.


Where can I check the books that I have sold?

The sales reporting for book sales and earnings will appear both in the Gallery Admin sales page (along with all your Pro Gallery and / or Greetings by PhotoBox sales) and also on a PhotoBox sales reporting page, accessed from the a sales reporting link on your book’s page (accessed by clicking on the ‘Preview’ link below the book in the ‘My creations’ page).


I want to remove the PhotoBox logo from the books that I am selling; is this possible?

This (extra cost) option is coming soon. Currently the PhotoBox logo will appear on all books sold but we will be launching a ‘remove logo’ option and then later on a ‘replace logo’ option to allow you to add your own logo instead. Dates will follow.


Why do I have to add my photobook to a particular collection in my gallery?

Currently it is only possible to add a book to an existing collection within your Pro Gallery. If you would like your book to have its own collection you should first create a new album on PhotoBox, add it to your Pro Gallery as a collection and then it will be possible to list your book in this collection
