Pro Gallery roadmap

This is the place to hear about the new features we’ve just released and those in the pipeline. We’ll also detail the features that we’re reviewing for future development. So if you have any points to raise on recently released features, or ones coming soon, please get in touch via our blog, our user voice voting system or gallery@photobox.com. Plus we’ll mention any known issues and give details on when these will be resolved.

New Features

Pro Gallery Shop - we’ve implemented this new shop page to help you achieve greater traffic and sales. This page has been designed to act as a supermarket of fantastic pro photography.

If you would like to be a featured artist on the new shop page send us an email at gallery@photobox.com stating your gallery url.

Selling Photo Books – Make money by selling the amazing photo books you create. Whether you're an amateur photographer looking to make a bit of money for your local school, club or charity, or perhaps a pro photographer wanting better ways to showcase your work, our Photo Books are for you!

Password Protection – as a seller you can now add a password to individual collections and send this to the people you want to be able to view the collection so that only they can see it.

Payment (Pay Me) – the new Pay Me feature lets you request payment for your sales made via Pro Gallery, in an easy automated system. You can now request payment straight into a PayPal account or direct into your PhotoBox account so you can enjoy your own PhotoBox products.

Remove Logo – another exciting new feature is the option to remove our logo from the back of your photo books, great if you want your Photo Book supplier to remain a trade secret from your clients for any reason. Removing the logo is really easy and this optional extra only costs an extra £5.

On the case

These are the known issues we’re currently working on:

Price Plans – the problem preventing some gallery owners creating new price plans will be fixed by the end of September.

Purchasing Problem – the issue preventing customers reviewing and purchasing all the images in a gallery will also be fixed by the end of September.

Slideshow Pricelist – removing the pricelist currently displayed at the end of every Pro Gallery slideshow, showing our retail prices rather than your own personal marked up prices, is also being worked on. We’ll put an update here as soon as we have a date for this.
