Mike and Kate were work colleagues and my friends, they had met at work and their romance had blossomed before us, so I was especially pleased to be asked to photograph their wedding!

My first "digital" wedding, taken with my first DSLR a Fujifilm S1 Pro and possibly the 20-40mm Tamron lens I bought to use with it and my Mecablitz 45CT1 flash which I still prefer to use now in 2009!

Another difficult film based wedding, two different film formats: 35mm for the colour images inside and medium format for the monochrome group on the steps by Weymouth lift bridge. They were scanned and edited digitally, my first time ever...and a road sign was removed from someone's shoulder at the top of the steps!. I had streaming cold and relied on remote control and experience to get some results!

Rigel and Miki were married at Bournemouth Town Hall and we were asked to take "other photos". This was because Miki's uncle was the "main" photographer so he wouldn't normally be seen in any of the pictures!
